How do I return the product?

To return or exchange your product please follow these simple directions:

1.) All returns and exchanges must have a RMA number! You can obtain a RMA number by contacting customer service:

2.) Include your packing slip (or a note with your order information) in the box that you ship back to us via a recorded service. We need to have your order information and contact information in order to process a refund or exchange. Write your RMA number on the packing slip/note.

3.) Write your RMA number on the outside of the packing and ship it back to us.

4) We must received it with the 90 days of the date the course was sent to you. One refund per customer.

5) If the course came with a Transcender exam and this has been used then unfortunately we cannot accept it back

6) The course must be received back in an 'as new' condition.
